Introduction

This recipe is lower in carbs than most gluten free crusts that are high in starches. I can have some starch but don't like eating highly starch meals. I think this crust taste great and is limited in starchy flours. This recipe is lower in carbs than most gluten free crusts that are high in starches. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups almond flour
    1 cup tapioca flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp italian seasonings
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the eggs and milk. Mix well. Mixture will be runny. On a parchment lined cookie sheet spread mixture. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. It should be light brown and not wet looking you can poke it and see if it is too wet allow to bake an additional 3-7 minutes. Then remove from oven then top with whatever topping you like and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes.
