Ingredients

    1 cup raw almonds
    2 cups oat flour
    .5 cup oats
    2 cups dates
    1 cup dried berries
    .5 cup protein powder
    .5 cup seeds
    1 cup nut butter

Directions

Serving Size: 16 bars in 13x9 pan

Start by heating your dates and berries in the microwave for 5 to 7 mins in a bowl full of enough water to completely cover the them.

Next chop your seeds and nuts in blender or food processor to preferable consistency, depending on how chunky you want the bars.

After that you can blend 2 cups regular oats into your oat flour.

Add all dry ingredients including the .5 cup whole oats in a bowl and mix well.

Strain dates and berries, and put in blender. Blend. You will have to stop and mash down the mixture a few times.

Then at your nut butter to the blender. You may have to add just a touch of water. Continue blending until fairly mixed. You will probably have to stop the blender a few times to mash down mixture.

Finally add it all together in bowl of dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour into 13 x 9 pan, making sure it's the same thickness through the whole pan.

Freeze for one hour. May keep in fridge for a few days or keep in freezer.
