    Cooking Spray
    1/4 JennyO Precooked Ground Turkey Sausage
    2 Med Egg Whites
    2 Tablespoons 2% Milk
    2 Tablespoons Safeway Southwest Salsa
    2 Tablespoons Shredded Colby Jack Cheese


Coat small skillet with a 5 sec spray of canola cooking spray. Toss in sausage to heat. MIix together eggs, and milk, add to skillet. Cook until soft top with salsa and cheese. Cover until cheese melts. Serve with 1/2 whole wheat english muffin, and fresh fruit if desired
