Ingredients

    2 - Eggs Large Beaten
    1 - 30 0z. can Libbys Pumpkin Pie Mix
    1 - 5 oz can Great Value Evaporated Milk (2/3 cup)










Tips

Options:
Add in raisins, chopped pecans, or coconut.
Garnish with halved pecans.
Garnish with a scoop of Deyers 1/2 Fat Pumpkin Ice Cream.


Directions

Preheat over to 425 for 5 min.
Pour in a greased 8 X 8 X 2.25 glass pan.

Reduce oven temp to 350 for approx. 50 - 60 min, or until knife comes out clean.

Let stand for about 2 hrs. before serving.
