    4 scoops chocolate protein powder
    2/3 cup ground flaxseed
    1/3 cup water
    4 TBSP smooth, natural peanut butter
    1 packet splenda or stevia, optional


* Try a different flavor of protein powder.
* Add an extra tablespoon of water if it wont mix.


Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 5 balls and shape each into a bar. Seal in plastic wrap and store in fridge o freezer.

Serving Size: Makes 9 bars
