Introduction

Ingredients

    Meijer Southern Style Hash Browns frozen 2/3 cup
    1 Omega 3 Egg
    Kraft Slim Cut Sharp Cheddar (1 Slice) (Note that ingredients say 3 slices, but I only calculated this recipe to 1 slice)
    8 Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh and halved.

Tips

I seasoned my hash browns with Ms. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning (no salt).


Directions

Spray 2 small pans with cooking spray. Cook hash browns in one, and egg in the other (or if you prefer, you can microwave your egg). After flipping egg, top with tomatoes and cheese. Melt cheese, put hash browns on plate, top with egg and enjoy!
