Introduction

Ingredients

    3 C water
    1/2 C hulled hemp seeds
    1 Tbsp maple syrup
    Dash of salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. I use a Vitamix. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds. Strain using a nut milk bag. DONE!

Serving Size: Makes 7 (1/2 Cup) servings
