Ingredients

Ground Turkey, 4 oz
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Shredded Mozzarella cheese, .5 cup
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
Salt, 1 dash
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Tips
To complete the pizza, add favorite toppings and put back in the oven or microwave to broil for a couple of minutes or until cheese melts. (Calculate nutritional values for toppings separately.)
Directions
Mix ground turkey, salt, pepper, and any other spices you'd like to have in the crust.
Add olive oil to frying pan, cook ground turkey at medium-high heat, stirring to break it up.
Let turkey cool.
Preheat over to 400F.
In a bowl, beat the egg. Add the shredded cheese, and cooled turkey.
Press into a round baking pan, or into a round shape on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
Flip onto plate.
Serving Size: Makes enough crust for 4 slices of pizza
