Ingredients

    Ground Flax Seed Meal, 6 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving

Tips

Great with sugar-free maple syrup. Use golden flaxseed meal instead of regular for a milder taste.


Directions

Mix together dry ingredients. Add cinnamon if desired.
Then mix in eggs, cream, Truvia (or Splenda) and water. Add vanilla extract if desired, or other flavorings.
Cook like regular pancakes.
