Ingredients

    chicken drumsticks 10 pieces
    canola oil 1 cup
    red onion chopped 1 cup
    tomato paste 0.5 cup
    adobo to taste
    tomato crushed 1 cup
    chilli pepper to taste

Directions

Simmer chicken with season on low heat for 15 mins.
Put oil in a sauce on medium to high heat.
Fry cooked chicken until brown or a little crispy.
Remove heat from oil.
Add onion, pepper and a little seasoning and stir for about 2 mins.
Add tomato paste and stir continously for 2 minutes. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add crushed tomato and continue stiring for about 2 minutes.
Cover and cook for about 20 to 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add fried chicken, reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with rice.
