Ingredients

    3 large eggs ( room temp)
    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1 cup mini chocolate chips
    1 cup cream cheese
    3/4 cup granualted sugar
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3 T. butter meltedh 1 tsp. vanilla

Tips

Can serve on it's own as a dessert cheesecake, on a tray fruit. Can also top with strawberries or raspberries, and whipped cream.


Directions

preheat oven to 350F. Place cookie crumbs in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined. Press crumb -mixture onto bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan, Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until crust turns golden.

In large bowl, stir in cream chese, sugar, and flour. Beat until wel combined. Beat in eggs one at a time. stir in sour cream and vanilla. add chocolate chips and stir well.

Pour the batter over the baked crust; spread evenly. Bake in the preheateden, for 55 minutes. Let it cool completely before removing from the pan. Store in refrigerator or until firm.
