Ingredients

    1 cup 35% whipping cream
    1 cup 10% half and half cream
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 cup Italian style rice
    2 cups of boiling water
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

Tips

I like it cold and i can't wait hours for it .I place the pot in the sink filled with ice cold water and stir it usually takes about 20 or so to cool down.if its to thick I've put in 4-6 ice cubes right in the pudding and stir really well.


Directions

Put everything in a medium saucepan, place on stove top on medium bring to a boil stirring often. turn burner down to low and now place a lid on. Make sure to stir every couple of minutes. keep your eyes on it often I won't leave the kitchen! stir more often as it starts to thicken.Taste rice if its cooked al dente its done. it will continue to thicken as it cools. place in individual bowls with lids.Place in fridge.
