Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 cloves garlic
    2 oz white wine
    4 lbs boneless Pork
    4 tsp Italian Seasoning
    salt and pepper

Directions

Mix seasonings, olive oil and wine in a ziploc bag. Place 12 portions of pork into the bag, seal and mix. Bake for approx 20-25 minutes in a 350 deg oven.
