    4 cups Spaghetti Squash
    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup chopped leeks
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Saute leeks in olive oil, add garlic and seasonings. Toss in spaghetti squash.
