Ingredients

    1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
    1 cup low fat vanilla kefir
    2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp raw organic blue agave
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, etc.)

Directions

place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or consistency you prefer. Add ice if you want it colder or use frozen fruit.
