Introduction

This is made from Cordy's oat bread recipe. This variation is great in the morning with coffee. This is made from Cordy's oat bread recipe. This variation is great in the morning with coffee.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1 1/2 cup old fashion oats
    1/3 cup Divinci sugar free raspberry syrup
    2 cups mixed berries

    1 cup oat bran
    1 cup splenda
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Mix first five ingredents togather then cover and place in fridge overnight or until ready to bake and oats have had a chance to soften up.

    When ready to bake take first part out and stir then add remaining ingredients and pour into a 13x9" pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees.


Directions

Cut into 20 pieces. Slice lengthwise then cut 10 times across.

    This was great! If you're following W8 Watcher's Core Plan, this is Core. This is yummy and I'm going to make another batch this weekend. This is easy enough to eat in the car on the way to work. I know because I've done it. :-) My husband has eaten this as a snack at night with a glass of milk. - 3/19/08
