Introduction

This is really easy to make, and makes a healthy side dish or main dish. This is really easy to make, and makes a healthy side dish or main dish.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    4 cups chopped cucumber
    2 cups chopped tomato
    2 cups chopped onion
    5 tblsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    15 tblsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tblsp. garlic powder
    Any other spices you want to taste.

Directions

Add all the chopped veggies together, then cilantro, vinegar, and garlic powder. Sometimes I add a little bit of sea salt as well. Mix all ingredients well. Let it refrigerate for several hours or overnight (Gets better the longer it marinates.) Makes 15 1-cup servings.
