    *Costco - Kirkland Normandy Style Vegetable Blend (Broccoli, Cauliflower, etc), 1 cup(remove)
    Sweet potato, .5 cup, cubes(remove)
    *All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray, 0.27 gram(s)(remove)

Tips

serve with whole wheat toast and fruit.


Directions

spray pan with pam = crack eggs in bowl 2 whole eggs and 2 just egg whites sprinkle minced onions, garlic powder whisk them. Dice up the half cooked sweet potatoe & nuke the veggies til warm then add to the pan sautee then add egg mixture.
