Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Cup dry Quinoa, cooked
    1 Can Kirkland Premium canned Chicken breast
    1 Cup sliced grapes
    2 stalks of celery, chopped
    1/2 Cup carrots sliced
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Mayo
    1/2 packet dry ranch dressing

Tips

You can cook the quinoa in water or chicken broth.


Directions

Bring 1 1/4 cup of water to a boil. Add quinoa, turn down to low for 20 min. Let quinoa cool.
Mix all ingredients together, chill, then stuff a wheat salad pocket with approx. 1/3 cup of recipe. Great make ahead recipe for easy lunches for the week.
