Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

1cup turkey, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups broth, fat removed, from roasting turkey
    3 carrots, peeled and chopped
    2 slices of celery, chopped
    1 TBSP dried onion flakes
1 can of 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup.
    6 cups water
    8 oz pasta

Tips

I did not need to add salt, as the broth has some in it from the turkey roasting.

Directions

Cook chopped celery and carrots in water with broth. Add dried onion flakes and turkey. When veggies are al dente, add pasta and allow to cook until tender. Most of the liquid will be absorbed. Add can of soup and mix well.
