Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp of any flavor you want protein powder
    2 Tbs coconut flour
    2 Tbsp Plain greek yogurt
    2 Tbsp almond milk
    1 Egg white
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp vanilla or coconut extract
    1/2 ripe banana

    For Topping:
    2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
    1 Tbsp Chocolate protein powder

Directions

Lightly spray a mug and mix ingredients together.

Cook for 1.5-2 minutes depending on microwave.

Mix topping and top the mug cake!
