Ingredients

    1/4 cup water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    10 oz cremini mushrooms
    1/3 cup walnuts, chopped fine
    1/2 cup ketchup
    3 oz tomato paste
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

Garnish with a little shredded cabbage with red wine vinegar, celery salt and mayo. (Or your favorite slaw recipe)


Directions

In a large frying pan, add water until hot. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 10-15 minutes.

Serve over your favorite bun or bread.
