Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen), 18 oz
Corn frozen bag, 1 10oz bag
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 15oz can
Pace Chunky Medium Salsa, 1.5 cup
Hot Habanero Chili with Beans 15 oz.,
*Onion-frozen chopped, 1 cup
*French Fried Onion Rings (French's canned), 6 tbsp
Tips
I added some seasoning to the chicken as it cooked:
Salt and pepper for sure. I was in the mood for Cumin so I added that as it cooked and on the second side when I turned it in the oven.
To the slowcooker, I added the same seasoning and a dash of nutmeg.
Directions
Throw everything in the slowcooker except the chicken and french fried onions, turn on high.
Bake the chicken until cooked through but still moist.
When chicken is done, chop and put in the crockpot.
About 5 minutes before serving, throw in the french fried onions and stir.
