Introduction

Quick and Easy Dinner I came up with as my own "Helper". Quick and Easy Dinner I came up with as my own "Helper".
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Beef, cooked and drained
    1 package Macaroni and Cheese
    1 package Taco Seasoning
    1 can Ro*Tel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    2 Cups Water

Tips

To cut the fat, use leaner beef or rinse with hot water while draining.
To make hotter, use the Hot Ro*Tel


Directions

Brown and drain ground beef.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet, stir to mix.
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, depending on how you like your pasta done.
Serve with Sour Cream
