Ingredients

    1 cup pecan halves
    4 TBSP 100% Maple Syrup
    2 tsp Coconut Oil
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt
    1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Tips

Substitute Walnuts, Cashews, or Almonds for the pecans.


Directions

Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until syrup is bubbling. stir constantly until syrup reduces and pecans are coated. About 5 minutes. Spread out on parchment paper to cool.
