    canned tuna chunks, in water, well drained
    light mayonnaise, about 1/2 cup
    plain soy yogurt, about 1/4 cup
    apple, peeled, cored and finely grated
    carrot, peeled and finely grated


Flake tuna into a bowl. Add mayo, yogurt, apple, and carrot. Mix well. Use for sandwiches, wraps or as a light main dish.
