Ingredients

    2 cans baby clams
    about 6 pieces of fried and crumbles beacon bits
    one onion diced
    one cup celery sliced thin
    5 potatoes cubed
    2 pints of heavy whipping ceam UN sweetened
    pepper to tase and paprica as a garnish

Tips

the trick is to simmer on low all ingredients in the juice of the clams until potatoes are done...


Directions

fry up beacon and crumble, in beacon grease saute onions and celery until almost done, add cans of clams with juice...and potatoes, simmer until potatoes are firm but done. add cream and simmer until done , about an hour or so... ad milk if needed to thin... salt and pepper serve with a splash of paprika on top.
