    Sainsburys Mini Swiss Roll - 1, 1 serving
    *Del Monte 100% Juice Fruit Cocktail (124g), 124 gram(s)
    *low fat creme fraiche Weight watchers, 100 gram(s)
    Sainbury's Light Ready to eat custard - 125ml, 125 gram(s)
    *Hartley’s Sugar Free Strawberry Jelly, 4 serving

Tips

Prep time is excluding time needed for the jelly to set.
6 Servings 60 cals each, 4 servings 90.5 cals each.


Directions

Make up the jelly as per instructions, divide into 4 small bowls. Measure out the fruit cocktail and cut into smaller pieces (of leave if preferred), also divide into four and add to the bowls of jelly. Put into fridge allow to set. Once set, thinly slice one small Swiss roll (use two if one isn't enough, but remember to adjust the calories), and layer over the top of the jelly, measure out 125 ml ready to eat custard and divide , spreading thinly over the Swiss roll. Put back into fridge and allow to set (about 30 - 60 mins). Measure out the creme fraiche and apply a thin layer over the custard, cover with cling film and return to fridge until ready to use. Voila :D
