Ingredients

    5 raw almonds
    1 small apple
    1 medium banana
    3/4 cup vanilla flavored yogurt (all natural)
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    dash nutmeg

Directions

add all ingredients to a blender (may need to cut apple into smaller pieces) and blend for 30 seconds

Serving Size: makes 1 smoothie
