Ingredients

    Half and Half cream, 1 Tbsp
    Nonfat Milk 1/3 cup
    1 oz of espresso (decaf or regular)
    Cinnamon (ground) up to 1/2 tsp
    Raw sugar (natural cane turbinado) 1/2 tsp

Tips

Substitute cocoa for cinnamon if desired.


Directions

Place the cream and milk in a cup and microwave for 30 seconds, then froth in the cup with a hand frother.

Prepare the espresso in a cappuccino cup. Pour the frothed milk mixture into the cup of espresso, then sprinkle the sugar over the top. Add cinnamon as desired.
