Ingredients

    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .75 tsp (remove)
    *Balsamic Vinegar, .25 tbsp (remove)
    Pink Salmon (fish), 3 oz (remove)
    broccoli florets, frozen, great value, 2 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    365 Organic Quinoa, .75 cup (remove)

Directions

Combine 1 tsp Dijon mustard, ¼ tsp minced garlic, ¼ tsp dried oregano, & ¼ tsp balsamic vinegar. Spread onto a 3 oz. Salmon fillet. Toss 2 c. broccoli florets with 2 tsp olive oil & a pinch of salt & pepper. Spread broccoli on baking sheet & bake at 3750F for 20 minutes. Turn oven to broil, place salmon on baking sheet with broccoli, & broil, stirring broccoli so it doesn’t burn, until salmon is just cooked through, 7 to 8 minutes. Serve salmon over ¾ cup cooked quinoa with broccoli on the side. Makes 1 serving.
