Ingredients

    ½ cup chilled unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    ½ cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    ½ cup frozen sweet cherries¼ to ½ cup ice cubes

Tips

This frothy “milkshake” seems indulgent but makes a smart snack, thanks to low-glycemic strawberries & cherries. Calcium in the yogurt & antioxidants in the fruit add nutritional punch.


Directions

Combine ½ cup chilled unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ½ cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, ½ cup frozen sweet cherries(we used Earthbound Farm Organic), & ¼ to ½ cup ice cubes in high-power blender & puree until smooth. (Makes about 2 cups.) Divide between 2 glasses.

Serving Size: 2 cups divided into 2 glasses
