    16oz jar corn and black bean salsa
    2 cans black beans drained
    1/2 cup uncooked brown rice

Tips

Add seasoning to your liking. I put garlic powder and onion powder.


Directions

Put everything in crock pot. Put lid on cook for 4-6 hours on low.
