Ingredients

    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 red onion, minced
    2 apples, chopped
    4 tbsp coconut oil

    2 tbsp Curry
    1 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper

    900mL Organic Chicken Stock

    10 Chicken thighs

Tips

Keep the apple skins on. It helps keep the apples from breaking down into mush :)


Directions

Brown thighes in 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil, remove.
Saute first 3 ingredients in remaining oil.
Add spices.
Add Chicken.
Add Chicken Stock

Simmer for one hour over low heat
