Introduction

Ingredients

6 oz. Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Onion, dried minced
4 tsp Brown and Spicy Mustard
1tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Medium tomato
12 Portabella mushroom caps
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Tips
You can also add in grilled onions, cheese, green pepper, bacon, or any other hamburger toppings.
Directions
1. Take ground beef and mix in everything all but tomato, olive oil, and mushrooms.
2. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
3. Warm grill pan and cook patties 4-5 min, flip, and cook another 4-5 until cooked throughout.
4. Remove patties and put in warmer (or microwave/oven) to keep warm.
5. Take olive oil and brush on mushroom caps.
6. Sear each cap on grill pan for 2-3 min, flip, and cook another 2-3 min.
7. Layer sliders:
- Mushroom cap
- Hamburger patty
- Tomato
- Mushroom cap
