    2/3 slice sprouted
    12 grams grated broccoli
    1/2 slice turkey bacon
    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
    1 gram (scant TBPS) Pecorino Romano
    Dash of hot pepper sauce (optional)


Cut bread into a shape to put in the bottom of an individual casserole.
Slice up bacon and place on top of bread.
Grate broccoli and put that on top.
Whisk egg and egg white. Pour over bread mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
