Introduction

Sugar and cholesterol free banana bread! Sugar and cholesterol free banana bread!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 t baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    1/4 t cinammon
    1/4 t nutmeg
    1/4 t salt
    1/3 cup oil
    3/4 cup mashed bananas
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    1/2 cup carob chips (optional)
    1/2 cup honey

    (nutrition information does not include carob chips)

Directions

Stir together dry ingredients. Mash banana and add oil, water and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 for 45 minutes or in greased muffin tins for 20-25.
