Introduction
16oz ground chicken1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut (squeeze dry and snip fine)
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (can use low fat kind)
2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Ingredients

16oz ground chicken
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Cook chicken and onion until browned.

Drain.

Combine cream cheese,parsley, mustard, garlic salt and pepper.

Add to sauerkraut mixture.

Chill one hour.
Form into balls and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 16 balls. 4 balls to serving.
