Introduction

Ingredients

    24 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    2 cans Rotel
    1 can diced green chilies
    3 cans of black beans
    1 can or frozen yellow corn
    2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese or montery jack
    cumin powder, season to taste (2 Tbsp)
    salt to taste

Directions

place chicken with 1 can petite diced tomatoes in crock pot. lightly salt. cook for 6-8 hours.
after chicken is cooked shred with forks. Mix all the ingredients in a pot for the stove and warm. Serve.
