Introduction

After grilling steaks, you can turn one of the leftover steak servings into a batch of sliders for the family. These would be great with other toppings like mustard and sauteed mushrooms. Ingredients

    * 4 ounces leftover grilled london broil, sliced thin and cut to fit slider buns (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=165123)
    * 2 slices swiss cheese
    * 2 tbsp light mayonaise
    * 6 King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, sliced like buns

Directions

1. Heat griddle over medium high heat (spray with Pam)
2. Sautee the steak and top with cheese, evenly divided to make 6 piles
3. Spread each bun with about a 1/2 tsp of mayo and top with one of the steaks.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

    Very Good
    Instead of mayo I used creamy horseradish sauce. I also buttered the tops and added garlic powder. Then baked. - 3/21/21
