Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 c. milk
1/2 c. dry milk
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs - slightly beaten
3 apples shredded
2 bananas mashed
3 carrots finely shredded

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c. bran (cereal can be used 0 lightly grind(not bran flakes)
2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. fine flax seed meal
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Add
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. cranberries
Directions
Blend together first group, then add dry ingredients to liquid. Stir until moist.
Gently mix all ingredients, let stand 10 minutes. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Spray baking pan.
Sometimes need to add more milk. Enough so that the mixture would slide off the spoon.
