Ingredients

    Grate apple with box grater, chop the pecans & dates. Mix everything tog. in a tupperware container, cover & refrigerate overnight. Ready for breakfast! Serve topped with sliced fresh banana or berries drizzled w/honey or agave.

Tips

You can use any kind of apple, nuts, dried fruit & milk combo that you like or have on hand. Use pitted dates for easy chopping. Using any nondairy milk, keeps this vegan.
