Introduction

Ingredients

    One bag frozen cauliflower (16oz)
    Half white onion (chopped)
    3-4 cloves of garlic (whole)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp salt and pepper
    3 tbs nutritional yeast flakes
    1/4 cup coconut milk (canned, for the fat)
    1/4 cut vegetable broth

Directions

Steam (do not boil) the cauliflower, onion, and garlic cloves until tender. This should take about 10 minutes.

Once your steamed vegetables have cooled, transfer them to your food processor and pulse till broken well down.

add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast flakes, coconut milk and vegetable broth.

Spin in your food processor on high till all ingredients come together smooth. Occasionally scraping down the side with a rubber spatula.

Serve immediately.

    You can pretty much steam any other vegetables you want with them. My sister threw in some green onions and it turned her's a nice shade of green.
