Ingredients

    1 cup Ground old fashioned oatmeal
    1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
    1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp cloves

Tips

This recipe does not use butter or oil so be sure to grease muffin tins or liners.


Directions

Grind Oatmeal. Add wet ingredients. Add spices and baking soda. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
