Ingredients

1/2 c. pumpkin puree (canned)
1/2 c. dry oat bran
1/2 c. liquid egg whites
1 t. cinnamon
Top with sugar free syrup and/or peanut butter (not included in calorie total).
Directions
mix all ingrediants together in a bowl. Consistancy is a little thick. Spray pan with Pam. Spread across a round frying pan for one large pancake or make a few little ones.
I like to top with a little peanut butter and sugar free syrup... YUMMIE! I make these everytime I want pancakes :) Very healthy and you get one serving of vegetables!
