    .5 medium tomato
    about .25 C. raw onion
    3 Tbsp. salsa
    5 egg whites

Directions

Heat tomato, salsa and onions until onions are cooked, and most of the moisture has evaporated. Add egg whites and cook till done. Salt and serve!
