2 4-oz Mahi Mahi fillets
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Ground ginger
1 Tbs Parsley
Tips
Serve with a side of spinach salad for a flavorful, filling meal.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
FISH:
Wash Mahi Mahi fillets and pat dry. Brush with olive oil and bake covered in aluminum foil for 20-25 minutes until opaque and flakey.
SAUCE:
Slightly warm balsamic vinegar, garlic, ginger, and parsley - do not let it simmer or evaporate.
Pour over Mahi Mahi fillets and enjoy!
