Introduction

Ingredients

    Stir fry:
    16 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa) loop or links sliced into 32-1/2 oz. or 16-1 oz. coins
    1 large red pepper
    1/2 large onion sliced

    Sauce:
    2 oz. Culinarte demi glace de veau classic (frozen- no salt added) or veal demi-glace powder
    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    salt & fesh ground pepper to taste- throw in some whole peppercorns if you want to be haute chefly.

    2 cups (dry) broad or extra wide noodles. Noodles boiled separately.

Directions

Start your water for the noodles. Brown the sausage coins in a large frying pan. Add the sliced peppers and onions and cook until tender. Add the demi glace, water and butter and stir with the sausage and veggies. Add salt & pepper to taste. Simmer gently until noodles are ready then serve.
