Ingredients

    Swiss Chard (red or green)
    medium size onion
    chopped carrots
    chopped celery
    sliced raw beets and chopped beet greens
    fresh Kale leaves
    1 can of stewed tomatoes
    chopped garlic (about 3 cloves)

    to taste:
    Mrs. Dash
    Black pepper
    Cayanne pepper
    Fennel seed

Tips

can add Quinoa for added boost. Also, a little bit of fresh tarragon gives a nice flavor.


Directions

Chop all ingredients, add water to cover greens. Simmer for about an hour. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Puree ingredients before serving or reheating. Cayanne pepper gives a nice kick.
