Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Oat meal - Quaker quick oats, 1.25 cup
Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup

Tips

Potato masher works great, or if you like all the bits ground together a food processor works also.

I like to eat 4 of these with a hard boiled egg for a great quick breakfast.

For something really decadent but still fairly low cal, i like to add a tablespoon of cocoa powder and a half cup of mini chocolate chips.
